 The picture to the left you have a chance to see me in my natural environment. My wife of 20 years Melissa and my three children Makayla, Dawson, and Leanna make up team Raines. New Beginnings is a great church, I am very excited to see what the Lord will do in Amherst. My goal in life is to draw people closer to the God of GRACE. The apostle Paul writes 

“Of this you have heard before in the word of the truth, the gospel, which has come to you, as indeed in the whole world it is bearing fruit and increasing—as it also does among you, since the day you heard it and understood the grace of God in truth .”

Paul says the gospel bears fruit when people understand the grace of God in truth. I am convinced this grace is revealed in scripture. It is something I have known through personal experience, and it’s at the heart of what I preach.
